  • Ebook interior layout design and typesetting

  • Book cover design (ebook & print, depending on package)

  • Conversion to supported ebook formats (ePUB, PDF, KPF, MOBI where applicable)

  • Upload assistance to publishing platforms such as Amazon KDP, Draft2Digital, and related marketplaces

  • Basic publishing guidance and consultation for new and self-publishing authors

  • ISBN and metadata formatting support (where applicable and based on package)

All services are tailored to the package selected by the client, as well as the materials, manuscript, and instructions provided at the time of order.

2. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver your project efficiently and with the best results, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete details about your manuscript and publishing requirements

  • Respond promptly to communication, revision requests, and approval checkpoints

  • Supply all required files and materials (manuscript, images, cover assets, ISBN information, etc.) unless otherwise agreed

  • Make payment in full before or during the project, based on the terms of your selected package

Failure to respond or provide required materials within 7 business days may result in project delays and, if extended, project cancellation without eligibility for a refund.

3. Payment Terms

We accept payments via:

  • Bank Transfer 

  • FIVERR

  • Paystack / Flutterwave (Debit/Credit Cards)

  • USDT / BTC 

  • Stripe/ Budpay / Payoneer (International) (Preferred for speed and security)

All payments must be completed in advance unless otherwise agreed. Project work will only begin after confirmation of payment

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, which includes:

  • Revisions as specified in your selected package

  • Partial or full refund only if we fail to deliver after multiple revision attempts, and you are genuinely dissatisfied with the outcome.

5. Revisions & Delivery

Each package includes a specific number of formatting, design, or layout revisions as stated on our pricing or service description page. Any request that exceeds the included revision limit may require an additional fee.

Standard delivery time for most projects is 3–5 business days, depending on project size and clarity of provided files. More complex manuscripts, custom design requests, or incomplete submissions may require additional time, which will be communicated to you if necessary.

6. Ownership and Usage Rights

Upon final delivery and full payment, the rights to the completed ebook formatting, interior layout, and any custom design elements provided specifically for your project are transferred to you. You may use, publish, distribute, or upload your formatted book to any platform you choose, including Amazon KDP, Draft2Digital, and others.

KalculusPenCreative retains the right to display your completed project (cover, interior samples, and publishing outcome) as part of our portfolio, marketing materials, or service showcase, unless you request otherwise in writing prior to or immediately after project completion.

7. Third-Party Tools & Services

During the course of providing publishing and formatting services, KalculusPenCreative may recommend or work with third-party platforms such as:

  • Amazon KDP

  • Draft2Digital

  • Smashwords

  • Google Play Books Publishing

  • Canva or Adobe tools for design elements

  • Grammarly or similar proofreading aids (if applicable)

These third-party platforms operate independently and have their own policies, systems, and technical limitations. KalculusPenCreative is not responsible for performance issues, platform errors, account restrictions, policy changes, or any losses resulting from the use of these external services.

Clients are encouraged to review each platform’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy before use or publication.

8. Disclaimer

While KalculusPenCreative provides professional ebook formatting, publishing support, and design services, we do not guarantee book sales, rankings, reviews, publishing approval, or financial results of any kind. Success on platforms such as Amazon KDP or other marketplaces depends on multiple factors outside our control, including:

  • Audience reach and demand

  • Quality and originality of the content

  • Author marketing and promotion efforts

  • Platform algorithms and market competition

Our role is to assist with formatting, presentation, and publishing setup — not performance outcomes.
