1. Satisfaction Guarantee
KalculusPenCreative is committed to delivering high-quality ebook formatting and publishing services. If you are not satisfied with your completed manuscript formatting, interior layout, or design after using the revisions included in your selected package, we will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve your concerns.
If, after all included revisions have been exhausted, you remain genuinely unsatisfied, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances and the stage of the project. Refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of KalculusPenCreative.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund under the following circumstances:
Non-delivery of service: We fail to provide the formatting, layout, or publishing service as described in your selected package.
Missed delivery deadlines: You did not receive your completed project within the agreed timeframe, without prior communication or justification.
Post-revision dissatisfaction: You remain unsatisfied after all included revisions have been applied, and you can clearly explain your concerns regarding the work provided.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
You changed your mind after payment but before the project work began.
You failed to provide necessary materials, such as manuscripts, images, or cover files, or did not respond after repeated follow-ups.
You exceeded the number of revisions included in your package and declined to pay for additional revisions.
You approved the final delivery, and the project was marked as complete.
You purchased a promotional or limited-time discounted package that clearly states “non-refundable” terms.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to projects@kalculuspencreative.com within 7 days of your last revision or communication.
Include:
Your full name and WhatsApp number
The email used during purchase
A clear explanation of your dissatisfaction or reason for the refund
Our team will review your case and respond within 3 working days.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method, which may include bank transfer, Stripe, Budpay, Flutterwave, Payoneer, or USDT.
For international payments, additional delays may occur due to network confirmations, currency conversions, or banking processes.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage open communication. If you’re unhappy, please contact us directly before initiating a Stripe dispute or card chargeback.
Unnecessary or dishonest chargebacks may result in blacklisting and reporting to relevant freelancer platforms and business communities.
7. Policy Changes
